TRACKING INQUIRIES 

When customers ask "Where is my package?"

Always provide the store tracking page, NOT external tracking links! Process:

1. Go to our store tracking page: [store URL]/pages/track-your-order 2. Enter customer's order number and email

3. Copy the URL that appears after entering their info

4. Send them this personalized tracking URL

Template (EXAMPLE):

Hey babe!   

I think it will take around [insert remaining days, always reduce by 2 days] more business  days, but I've got your tracking info right here for you!  

You can follow your order's journey here: [PERSONALIZED TRACKING URL ON OUR  WEBSITE]

This page will show you exactly where your package is and when to expect it! If you have  any questions about the tracking info, just let me know, love!
