Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple return policy. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@jiwoman.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that the shipping costs and arrangements for the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have received your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement product free of charge!
Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized orders, as these are made especially for you. This also applies to bulk orders and gift cards.
We monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to refuse returns if we, at our sole discretion, detect misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, resale activities, or fraud).
If you wish to return a product because you no longer need it, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount. We are also not responsible for errors made during checkout, such as selecting the wrong product or entering incorrect address details, which may result in a failed delivery.
